Deadline for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team using the contact form or by email. We will provide you with detailed instructions and the corresponding return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive the refund, depending on your bank.

Items on Sale or Customized

Items purchased during sale periods or with special customizations are not eligible for returns, except for manufacturing defects.
